<p>Orders are processed by STVLE and fulfilled by our partnered warehouse in China.</p>
<h3>Processing & Delivery Time</h3>

<li><strong>Shipping time:</strong> 9–18 business days (varies by destination)</li>
<li><em>Business days</em> are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.</li>

<h3>Tracking</h3>

<li>All shipments include a tracking number. We’ll email tracking details as soon as your order ships.</li>
<li>Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels and receive multiple tracking numbers.</li>

<h3>Customs, Duties & Taxes</h3>

<li>Depending on your country’s laws, import duties or taxes may apply. These charges (if any) are paid by the recipient.</li>
<li>We cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the declared value.</li>

<h3>Address Changes & Cancellations</h3>

<li>If you need to change your address or cancel, please contact us within <strong>12 hours</strong> of placing your order. After processing starts, changes may not be possible.</li>

<li>Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, peak seasons, or local courier delays — this is outside of our control.</li>

<li>Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels that are returned to sender can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping costs.</li>
<li>If an item arrives damaged, contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist.</li>
