<h2>STVLE Returns & Refunds</h2>
<p>We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right — clearly and fairly.</p>
<h3>Return Window & Conditions</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Return window:</strong> 30 days from delivery.</li>
<li>Items must be <strong>unused, unwashed, and in original condition</strong> with tags/packaging.</li>
<li>Returns are accepted for fit, style, or other reasons within the window above.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Return Shipping & Eligibility</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Customer pays return shipping</strong> for change-of-mind or sizing returns.</li>
<li>For <strong>defective/damaged/incorrect items</strong>, we cover the return or offer a replacement/refund. Please contact us within <strong>7 days</strong> of delivery with photos.</li>
<li>Original shipping fees are <strong>non-refundable</strong> unless the return is due to our error.</li>

<h3>How to Start a Return</h3>

<li>Your order number</li>
<li>The item(s) you wish to return</li>
<li>The reason (attach photos if the item is defective/damaged)</li>
</ul>
<p>We’ll reply with approval and the <strong>return address</strong> (our fulfillment partner in China) and label options. If we provide a prepaid label on request, the cost may be <strong>deducted from your refund</strong> unless the return is due to our error.</p>
<h3>Refunds & Processing</h3>
<ul>
<li>Once your return is delivered and inspected, refunds are issued to the <strong>original payment method</strong> within <strong>5–7 business days</strong>.</li>
<li>Undeliverable or unclaimed parcels returned to sender can be reshipped (postage may apply) or refunded <strong>minus shipping costs</strong>.</li>
<li>Duties/VAT paid to customs are not refunded by STVLE; please contact your local customs authority for guidance.</li>

<h3>Exchanges</h3>
<ul>
<li>To exchange sizes, please place a <strong>new order</strong> for the desired size. We’ll process a refund for the original item once it returns.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Non-returnable Items</h3>
<ul>
<li>Final-sale items, gift cards, and items returned used, washed, or without tags/packaging.</li>
